Boston, MA – April 6, 2026 – OnePIN, Inc., announced that the U.S. Department of Commerce has finalized and acknowledged the company’s certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (DPF) program as of March 17, 2026.
The acknowledgment confirms that OnePIN has successfully completed the Department of Commerce’s review process for its self-certification or re-certification application and continues to adhere to the DPF Principles governing the responsible handling of personal data transferred from the European Union to the United States.
“The acknowledgment of our Data Privacy Framework certification reflects OnePIN’s ongoing commitment to protecting customer and partner data with the highest standards of security, transparency, and compliance,” said Feyzi Celik, CEO at OnePIN. “As organizations navigate increasingly complex global privacy requirements, maintaining trusted frameworks for international data transfers is critical.”
The EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, administered by the U.S. Department of Commerce, provides organizations with a mechanism to comply with data protection requirements when transferring personal information from the European Union to participating companies in the United States.
As part of the DPF program, participating organizations must annually re-certify their compliance and demonstrate continued adherence to the framework’s privacy principles.
OnePIN’s participation in the DPF program reinforces the company’s broader commitment to enterprise-grade security, regulatory compliance, and customer trust across global markets.
