A1 Telekom Austria has selected OnePIN’s BoosterX services to digitize its user engagement initiatives with mobile customers. A1 will be leveraging OnePIN’s Digital Assistant services to: create contextual, event-based user journeys to streamline new customer registration and onboarding; engage customers in optimization of their data plans and devices; and retain customers by offering individualized engagements at the right times.
