T-Mobile Group, one of Europe’s leading mobile telecom operator groups, has conducted an independent study of mobile subscribers and found that OnePIN Simplicity services have clear and relevant benefit for the European market.
Respondents spontaneously came up with multiples situations in which they could use OnePIN’s services. They found the services “to be rooted in the authentic needs of mobile users and suitable to everyday situations”.
Notably, most respondents found the services to be “different from what is available now”. Specifically of note, BoosterX was described as a “time saving & useful service”.
Focus groups included Postpaid and Prepaid subscribers across a variety of demographics and age ranges from 20-50 year olds.
